Featured A tall pedestal stand

    Someone sent me for a long stand and I've been waiting here for hours.

    Just picked this up for not a lot. At first I thought it might be antique but looking at the base, possibly a more recent repro?

    So-called plantation mahogany. Not really sure what the actual wood would be. Looks like there is a stain on it so may be some kind of lighter colored wood such as acacia.

    Thanks. Just had a closer look at the top and it looks like several different types of wood laminated. Plantation mahogany sounds about right :rolleyes:
