Hello ! I was hoping someone could help me identify these lamps ? My grandpa inherited them from his father and we are trying to find any history associated with it. I’ve scoured both lamps looking for any sort of company identification but I haven’t seen any. The only place I haven’t checked is the porcelain base, however we cant access the base due to the craftsmanship of the metal stand being impossible to undo (a bummer for us but awesome to see how much effort was put into this lamp). Any help would be greatly appreciated !

    Thank you !

    Capodimonte or Capodimonte-style.

This looks like the same form (but different base). No information provided by poster.

Thank you so much !!! Debra that is the exact lamp ! The colors are totally different and we have no way of looking at the porcelain at the base of the lamp because the metal is securely attached and we are afraid of breaking the base. We have tried to unscrew the base but it wouldn’t budge :(

Great! Then you have the information you wanted. Vintage. Capodimonte. Italy. And agree with 1950s-ish date. Nice to have a pair. If you have the original shades, hang on to them. They should be recovered, not replaced, if not in good shape.
