I picked up this English biscuit jar at an estate sale this afternoon and having a tough time identifying the mark. Can anyone help with that and also the time period it may have been made? The hand painted scenes are pretty great. thanks!

Would think 19 teens or twenties. It has that “Golden Age of Illustrations” look.

That whole Dutch motif thing was big here in the early twentieth.

Hollandmania is late 19th-early 20th in most parts of the Western world.

Thanks everyone! It's pretty cool. And yes it came with the lid but it's electro plated nickel silver which was sort of disappointing.
Maybe it's the original lid, maybe not? It definitely fits very, very well but not sure when they started marking things as EPNS.

IMG_3957.jpeg There seem to be marks on the right side of the rim. Check if these are the same.

I've looked all over the rim and handle and can't see any other marks at all. Just the top of the lid and the base of the jar are marked from what I can see.
