Box Legend & Signature Help; Kashi Tray Sample

There are 4 of these Kiri-wood trays, each with a flower symbolic of one of the seasons; this is an Iris, for summer. Early 20th C, within a quite plain box with the white label. I'll post the set soon, be sure. For now; 1) is the label right side up? I used to think I could correctly orient Asian script, but now I'm not at all sure; 2) the signature an' 'red seal are on each of the trays, but this the best of them.
Can anyone offer an approximation of the label's translation, an' the name of the maker and/or artist of the trays? Thanks for lookin'!

Oddly, I think that the white label should be oriented 90 degrees to the right. Looks like it wasn't written vertically (which is usual) but horizontally.

 

I have sent a photo of the white label to my nephew who may be able to translate a bit. Hope that was OK. Will return to the thread if he knows anything.

 

Heard back from my nephew and apparently I had the orientation wrong and you had it right, LOL! Seems like the white label is a description -- my nephew sees "plate" and the character "ran" which means orchid, not iris. He can't read the script or seal in the other photo, but the red seal is old stylized Chinese and typical on family crest stamps which may be what that is on the box. If I get any further info, I'll post back.
