Identification challenge!

    Hello everyone :)

    Here with another ID request please. This one still has me stumped after 4+ hours of research. Acquired at an estate sale a little while back, and put aside to deal with "later". It's now "later".
    There is a small jug, saucer and side plate. The jug has "RD 198232" printed in green underside. The saucer and plate have the same number embossed underside. Had a squizz @thepotteries, and if that's a registered design number, then we're talking 1892. There are no other discernable maker's marks on any of the pieces.
    If the piece is held to the light, it is quite translucent (can see finger shadows). Not sure what the particular pattern is called either.
    Hoping the learned ones will inform. Thanks muchly...
