Featured Is this higgins?

I picked up this brass/bronze hammered figural sculpture at my local thrift. The only thing that comes close is by a artist named higgins. Is this by him? I have had art glass by a artist named higgins from the 60s and 70s so was wondering if it's by the same artist? Thank you for any info!

it's most likely nothing.......... but it's there..

Those are attractive & evocative...I think they're castings, or a casting, rather than hammered...that texture is in the mold, I believe. The back is sanded; or ground, more probably.

Yes, it is cast. It could be sand cast.
