Many thanks to Shelly for helping me out here -- I will try to get some more pix of the chest of drawers drawer and the Chippendale chair underside. However, I forgot a couple of items -- too many photos for this old brain to remember, LOL; a davenport and a shaving mirror. The davenport is quite nice, but what does one do with one today?

Pix of shaving mirror in next thread.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'd put it in my library.

Well, yes, if one has a separate room for a library. It doesn't seem to be very useful for modern technology though. ;)

    Hi,
I would find room for it even it was the dining room. Right now I am waiting for a lady to make up her mind to sell or move a giant triple dresser. Block front mahogany
with claw feet from the 30s all the drawers are cedar it is 8 ft long. I'll have to do a complete redo if she sells it. She only wants 50 bucks for it. Otherwise it will cost her plenty to ship it out to Nevada. She will let me know by Monday. My fingers are crossed.
