Featured 3x Carved Wood Netsuke Identification

Hello all,

I acquired these three carved wood netsukes from my local auction, and I'm wondering if anyone can help me ID the signatures? I do believe they are genuinely old, but I could be wrong. Some of the characters look hard to read, but hopefully someone can tell. Anyone know the type of wood they used as well?

I'm not familiar with that method of marking wooden netsuke. I think they're new.
Edit: I could be wrong; I remember once, in '67...when I thought I was wrong, but I wasn't.

 

They are charming. Could be first half of the 20th century, with that inlaid signature. There also seems to be some wear to the feet of the tortoise, a good sign.
But let's wait for the others.

I feel pretty confident in them being antique, just looking for signature ID's as the netsuke society forum doesn't seem to be working!

I think they are just antique, maybe 1910s-20s.

I wouldn’t be shocked if they turned out to be first half 20th and I wouldn’t be shocked if they turned out 50s-80’s. Could be a mix of eras too.

What is the toad on? Or what’s in front of him?

 

Thanks for the help! Yea I found a few with the ivory/bone inlaid signatures, but they don't seem to be super common. My guess is also early 20th century, but knowing the maker's would help figure that out.

The frog is actually sitting on a snail, which is pretty neat! I wasn't sure what it was either at first lol
