Is this a painting, drawing, or print?

I purchased this cane and realized it had a metal PICTURE frame with what looks like advertising for a swiss resort. Weggis m. pilatus. I cant tell IF it's a carved drawing or painting, or ETCHING?
Any ideas? Also, in last photo under weggis IT looks like a year 1733.

It appears to be printed from a photograph. And 1733 is much too early.

The 1733 might be a deformed version (due to the curvature of the stick/photo) of the building in this pick:

Likely a souvenir cane picked up by a tourist-the image is prob a transfer made from an early 20th century photo postcard.

Thanks. I see what you mean about distortion.
I never ran into a cane with PICTURE frame and picture BEFORE.
