    I have bought this from local internet market but I have not received it yet. I'll send new pictures when I get it. But what do you think about it ?

    I'll confess to no knowledge at all...but it's probably mid to late 19th C...I think.

    I think I'd be worried about the plate hanger; they can do damage.

    Yeah...looks to have been a one-off, made for that plate. Pretty heavy wire; seems a bit overkill to me.

    If you scroll halfway down, you will see a similar image on a child's plate that has the alphabet around the rim. Late 19th c. made by Wileman in Staffordshire. I think yours is also Staffordshire, but which factory, I don't know.
