art nouveau or jugendstil?

Hello everyone, because everyone enjoyed the tile so much i have another beautiful item. I have bought this Plateel (dutch) vase and wondered if it is 1890 or jugendstil or art nouveau. And if someone knows the maker i would love to hear it. I could only find one other exact model of this one.

 

I think the first liner is Distel

but sure what comes next. 'de B'? I thought that could be the mark of Cornelis de Bruin, but the only CdB mark I found was this one

but maybe he used various marks.

 

yes you are wright it supposed to be a c within a b like this. what period is the vase do you think?
