Makers Mark Help - Tobacciana Collectible

I cannot get the system to upload the pictures of the bottom so I will just put it here: "1 - u" the hyphen is actually a dot. The "u" is lower case. If you have any ideas on who might have produced this beautiful piece it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
