Flint Glass?

      I know it's tough to tell if this could be flint glass without touching it. I can tell you that is has a green hue. it glows purple under the blacklight. The back and sides feel rough. I see bubbles and straw marks. I found a set of 8 of the cup plates while "Junkin" at the Goodwill. I searched and searched for this design and couldn't find it. Does anyone have any opinions?
