Royal Epiag, Martha L. Phillips, 1920s Tea Set

Tea Set picked up at a yard sale. 6 each cups & saucers, 1 pot, 1 creamer, 1 sugar bowl which I think is missing the top. All pieces have some variation of the same name "Martha L. Phillips" and are dated 1926, 28 or 29. The larger pieces have Royal Epiag Cecho-Slov or B&C France stamps. I'm thinking the pattern is of paper lanterns and cherry blossoms? I would've thought it would be easy to find something about the set online but so far have had no success. Any clues would be much appreciated.
