LOL. yup thats what it is. My Dad hated his. He was a stroke patient and finally preferred the rounded tip cosmetic scissors with no points. This would be nice hanging in a Barber Shop . Nostalgia.

Back in the day, my barber was selling these. He told me that one of his customers walked in with it dangling from his nose one day and asked him to try to remove it. After some snipping and complaining he managed to extricate the device from the man's nose. Apparently the man didn't read the instructions to twist it back and forth and instead and wound his nose hairs up tight into it to a point where it would not release. Yikes!
