      I know it's an Early American Tall Boy Solid Oak . If you can open the drawers and to see if it's a dovetail joint . I don't know exact the value or age . If there's a labeled behind the dresser or somewhere and it will be helpful or have an expertise antique appraised . And of course if you have the key that comes with dresser , more value ;)
