      Thats a Milbro Kampa blade. Looks to be vaguely from the 1960's. Its a british blade. Its either a knock off or real. Some of the blades stamped Milbro were actually made by William Rogers. Some of them also have a hole at the bottom of the pommel to help with oiling the leather. Its a good little knife regardless if its made by milbro or william rogers. Milbro (Millard Brothers) used to make or market airguns and fishing tackle too.
