ANTIQUE STOPWATCH 18K GOLD WITH ART

Anyone seen anything like this before I took it to a local antique store they said it's over 150 years old. The internal mechanism itself doesn't work but the outer shell is in great shape. Was looking into getting rid of it so any help in this regard would be great!
