Antique rocking chair

I was given this chair in the late 60’s and it has been with me since then. I wanted to find out any information about it. It appears to be oak and it had leather seat and back rest, since re-upholstered with cloth.

      I have been trying to get some info on this antique oak rocking chair. If anyone has any idea of manufacturer and or vintage I would be most appreciative. The chair appears to be oak with upholstered seat and back rest. Upholstery was originally leather and was re-upholstered with cloth and brass buttons.
