First, I would like to thank you for allowing me to join your group and I hope that this post was executed correctly ? This unusual/strange vanity has stumped antique dealers, Antique collectors and a wide assortment of very knowledge people, all over the world. I purchased this vanity at an antique auction, over 30-35 years ago, in northern Arkansas. I bought this due to the very unusual appearance and the uncontrollable roar of those attending the auction, talking about this throughout the auction house. I have been told numerous times, that this piece is definetly, a one of a kind. The wood is not shiny, as it appears in the photos, I had sprayed it with lemon oil, as it had been setting in the loft for quite a while. The top piece is seperate from the main vanity...The horns and mirror are able to be lifted off. The last pic is the top of the vanity, showing the strange carving. I live in Carbondale, Illinois 62902, which is in the very southern tip of the state. Paypal would be easy for me, but I'm sure another form of payment could be worked out...My son, who is 42, said he would deliver the vanity to any state for a fair price...To be decided between buyer and my son. Thank You, Cyndie Cherry-Miskelly
