      It isn't considered depression glass. My guess would be Czechoslovakian Green cut to clear. Could be from the 30's but it is still made today.       Without a signature on it, you probably won't pin it to a specific maker. But you may be able to get a ballpark value by checking eBay completed auctions.

      Also be sure to check the metal neck for any markings. It may be sterling.
      If I had to guess a value on your piece I would think it would sell in the $50 to $100 range. (undervalued for what it is.....but there was a lot of it made)
      I would also post it again in the pottery and glass section. Somebody else on the board may know something I don't about these!
