Identifying artist

Hi all. I googled and couldn't seem to find this artist. Good amateur ? Its 24x18 ,oil on canvas,tell me what yall think !

Finally! A legible signature, at least! PG, right?
I did find a "G. Heinemann, a 20th century painter, but he seems to have done mostly, if not all, abstracts...

I know ! Youd think with such a clear siggie itd be easy ! I surfed for hours,to no avail. At 1st glance it seems amateurish (maybe it is) but the details like the leaves on the trees and the light make me wonder if it was a little better than that. I thought it a large farm but a friend thinks its a village in Europe?

 

As a self-respecting Mexican, I claim no expertise in snowy landscapes. Let's see what the Yankees and Brits and Canadians think!

There's a Peter Heinemann, but same problem... not similar in style or subject:
