Is this white cased tall glass vase Blenko?

    I looked online and did not see any white cased Blenko, but feel this might be due to the look of quality and the coloring. Is it called fluted? Of course, thrift store if it is mine.     Not Blenko. Possibly from the Empoli area of Italy. Might be missing a stopper.
