    Good evening,
I would like to ask for your help identifying the attached painting. I can’t open the frame, it seems to be sealed closed.
The painting seems to be made in layers, the top one looks like coloured glass, the one under looks like water colour. The top one is made as if it tries to emphasise the girl, the curves , the flowers. When I look at it, it feels like a description of autumn and also like Soviet style, the frame feels like it has something to do with Russia.
I don’t have any knowledge about paintings or artworks, I bought this painting because I liked it.
There is a signature on it down on the right, in gold sparkle colour, I wonder if anyone can recognise it.
Also I would like to ask you the style and age.
    Thank you.
    Kind regards,

    Thank you so much Debora.
I just googled “What is a contemporary style”, just to give you an idea of my limited knowledge.
The name Mucha, does bring some bells…my understanding is that this is a copy of the Mucha’s work.
Any idea of the artists name or the age and technique (the sparkly golden glass painting, what is that?)?
    Thank you.
    Kind regards,
    Simona

Contemporary in this context just means modern or current. From the frame, yours appears to be 1980-ish. The stye is Art Nouveau-inspired. It's difficult to see the technique in a photograph. A close-up of the artist's signature would be helpful.
