Antique/Vintage Iron Sharpener,Striker Or What 8" Long

    Another storage find.I'm not sure what this is.I thought it was an ax but there's a long grove in the middle.There's what look ike TW90,the opposite side has warning wear safely google.I don't see anything else.Meaure 8" long.Any idea what this item is, how old.     With that warning on it, not old at all. Just a usable thing, not collectible.
