My friend found this in a family houses attic. The frame contains 14 bones of saints, including a Pope Clement and theres a replica of marys wedding ring inside under the Latin text. Origin is Perugia in Italy, August 1722

Would appreciate any additional information and maybe an estimate of its worth

Ive contacted multiple reliquary vendors and auction sites to try to get an estimate to no avail. Some of them havent replied yet and others cant determine a value so I'm just trying to get other peoples opinion

Well, most experts aren't going to work for free. Anyone on here is just going to give a rough guestimate. If it's a valuable item, vendors/dealers will want it for a fraction of what its worth, so they can in turn make a profit off it themselves. An auction house that has dealt with similar items in the past is your best bet to get the most out of it.

Do you have a close-up of the text? The floral motif appears to be printed. Is that the case?

its hard to tell because of the imperfections in the glass but i would say thats unlikely. it definitely looks like hand made art in the smaller details but unfortunately i cant post high quality images here

A helpful first step might be to transcribe the document so you have a clearer understanding of what it is. And better quality photographs would be better for all. Not sure why you're unable to post.
