Hello! I can’t understand what these items are for, could you tell me, please)

    Spoon.

I assumed that this was a server for dessert, for example. Then I saw a version that it was a pate knife. But I found no confirmation.

At 17 cm, I think the spoon is possibly a berry spoon rather than a jelly spoon.

The English mother of pearl handled piece is a jam/jelly spoon - my English ivory handled jam spoon is about the same size at 6.75", they could be smaller as well, like the New Zealand greenstone/pounamu handled piece (sometimes smaller pieces might be offered as marmalade spoons).

Berry spoons, which were typically called fruit spoons in the UK, would be larger, and might have fruit decoration in the bowls (not necessarily including berries), but there was a huge variety of decorative motifs that had nothing to do with fruit.

No size given, but the other piece is most likely part of a French hors d'oeuvre set, the working end would be gilt brass or steel, the hollow handle could be silver or silverplate, if French, the marks should be near where the blade is inserted. Here is a set with a somewhat similar piece:

Can we have a photo of the profile of your other "spoon" as can't really tell if its deep or not

seems to be designed to hang on a jar/ pot ?

I've been in France forever and never seen anything like it, certainly never in an hors d'oeuvre set.( or google would have recognised it too :)

Is there any page from an old (or not old) catalog confirming this information? I searched but didn't find it.
