Better being late than not showing at all....

 

It is a copy of a copy of a book that has been out of print for decades (!). It may appear "good" but is full of spelling and attribution errors as well as many incorrect datings. While some of us know how to use such material as plain "quick and dirty" reference, many people (newbies, amateurs, one-time lookers) may be completely misguided. If it should be kept as reference, please add a corresponding warning message.
