You can soak the hardware in household white vinegar & clean the inside with Isopropyl alcohol.:happy:

Brad's Fulper piece is really pretty and a sweet score. Love those black glass beads too.

Good trip to the local pickers flea today...
    PursesCombBraceletQuilt.jpg
Purses, costume bracelet and black comb on a sweet child's quilt. The black purse is shedding beads like crazy, the bottom had loops of beads but they are just about gone. But hey, it was $2 and I can stabilize it :)

I think I will ask about the tapestry piece on the needlework forum.

    VaseBowlCandlesQuilt.jpg
1940s? American vase (not marked, Google lens found some but no one knows the maker), Federal Madrid pink bowl, cast iron Christmas candle holders and the quilt again.

The tapestry purse is my favorite. The poor black beady one is definitely worth saving.

I did a clearance yesterday locally.

It was mainly modern pine furniture however the relatives asked if I would remove the bric a brac from the kitchen counter.

2 crystal glass decanters with the liquor labels/tags attached.
Everytime I get these they are tin or silver plate, these are Sterling.

A pair of 1911 Sterling Candle Sticks.
I always get brass so these are welcome.

    & therein lies the lesson.......

turn your stuff into cash, so when you bite the dust, your relatives won't be tossing your crystal and silver...!!!
