I'm calling this a mask although I'm not sure of its exact purpose. It's obviously a face and there is a frog at the bottom and a man figure at the top (are those wings?) - it's nose (I assume) is missing. It's wedge shaped at the back and made of a very light wood, almost like a balsa or cork, but denser - I think that it might float if I placed it in water. It measures 13 1/2" tall by 8" wide by 3" deep. Does anyone know its probable origin?
    Thanks!

Thank you, everyone! Komokwa, that does look to have similar elements. My first feeling was Northwest coast, but then I was thinking Polynesian. Roaring20s, I'll try that link and report back
