Question regarding two Matisse prints

I have two Matisse prints and am trying to figure out why they are a bit different (not referring to subject matter). Both are from Les Editions Braun et Cie, Paris, both Printed in France E.S. Herrmann, New York; Soho Gallery Londres. The Embroidered Blouse also has REPRODUCTION RESERVEE S.P.A. PARIS and 01504. It is also loose and not printed on the stock paper like The Piano. What does S.P.A. mean? Was that Matisse studio? I am assuming these were sold at the Soho Gallery as collectible prints? Stock paper is 9.6 x 7.87 in., The embroidered blouse approx. 7.75 x 6.25 in., Le Piano 7.62 x 6.5 in.

 

Your photos are blurry, so I can't read the text, but I can only find S.P.A. as meaning 'Société Protectrice des Animaux', Animal Protection Society.

The only other thing I'm finding with "REPRODUCTION RESERVEE S.P.A. PARIS" is a print on canvas after Renoir. SPA isn't the easiest acronym to search (and I really don't see a connection to the Society for the Protection of Animals). I think the bottom line is someone had reproduction rights on those images, and reproductions is what they are, but I'm not finding anything authoritative. There's a vast range in the quality of reproductions.
