Featured 1960s 3D Fiberglass Diana the hunter by J Segura + a Chinese scroll I need help identfying?

These are my 2 latest finds at my local thrift,

The 3D Diana the Hunter is circa 1960s by J Segura and it's like a large 3D mold(?) - I wanted to show you because I think it's beautiful, and it turns out it was made right here in Miami, Fla. where I live!

#2 is a Chinese(?) painted scroll. I don't know how to find out who the artist is & am hoping someone here can tell me - or maybe the red stamps would help identify it?
I do have 1 concern - if you look at the stamp at the bottom left corner in last photo of the scroll, at the top left of the stamp it almost looks like someone raising their middle finger at you (but upside down though); a universal symbol that is not nice & not something I think I've seen in a stamp before - are there rounded symbols like that in stamps or is this scroll just a joke or tourist piece?

Any ideas on the scroll - is it by a known artist? Is it old?
Also - it's actually larger than my bed! It is close to 6ft long/high at least; where would this be displayed?

 

Very cool. Neither one of those would have made it past the thrift store employees here.
