Vase maybe Italian, maybe Mexican?

    Hello,

    I found his vase recently in an antique shop in Texas, but I cannot figure out the markings on the bottom. Does anyone have any ideas on when or where it was made?

    What strangely exuberant pottery they do there. I've never seen an example before.
