Does anyone happen to be familiar with markings on glassware?

Hello again! I found this wonderful glass, well, I actually like it because of the repair that was made on it... isn't it just lovely how things were valued in the past? And that's exactly why I liked it so much that I had to buy it. It was, as you can imagine, very dirty, and after cleaning it, a mark emerged that I hope someone here could tell me more about. I've read online that the crown mark was put on glasses to ensure the correct volume of the glasses in pubs, so they wouldn't cheat the guests... I'm wondering if it's possible to determine approximately when the glass was made through this mark? Any opinion is more than welcome, and I thank you in advance.

What does it say on the panel to the left of the crown? Odd repair because I'm not seeing any cracks in the glass

It might just be the official weights and measures mark of whichever country it is from. Still, it may well reveal the country of origin. Here are a few

Oops caught red handed not reading peoples posts again. :bored:

it says the volume of the glass is 3dcl

in Slovenia (ex Yugoslavia... because the glass is possibly from that period)

we :D we sell our beer in bottle for 0,33l or 0,5l :D

in our country, such a measure of beer is also called an Italian, so the habit may have originated from there, because otherwise we are well-known drinkers, so it would be difficult for such an idea to come to us :D
