Famille verte, although like famille rose, that is the Western name. A beautiful bowl.
The artemisia leaf mark was also used at other times when an imperial mark couldn't be used. It is slightly off centre.
Maybe others can help with the dating, I am extremely rusty when it comes to Chinese porcelain. It doesn't strike me as Kangxi though, different colour tones.

Something about the decoration and form is yelling 20th century at me - but who knows - I am no expert :)

Interesting one, the foot rim looks older, but the draughting of those faces looks post war - this is often the give-away. Can't say for sure though.

    Hi:

I am not an expert, but this looks to me to be a modern reproduction. In particular, the figures decorating the bowl lacks a more delicate quality that I would expect from something older. In addition, the colors look too bright and the porcelain itself does not appear to be very old.

While modern pieces are routinely and innocently made with imperial marks as a way of saying that the design is in imitation of older styles, there are many modern pieces that are made with imperial marks as a way of deceiving buyers. I have seen a lot of fakes on eBay, for example. Because the leaf mark is not the usual seal or reign mark, this item could be one of these fakes.

China manufactures many fakes, as well as historic inspired styles that are not intended to fake.
Ebay is rife with Chinese fakes.
Chinese fakers also fake Roman glass and other non-Chinese antiques and antiquities btw.

Although the artemisia leaf mark was used at times when the imperial mark wasn't allowed to be used, the mark as such doesn't mean anything datewise. The fact that the mark is off centre means it is not Kangxi or even pre-1800, and the colour tones aren't Kangxi either.

I dunno if it's a fake, but I'm in the 20th c. camp primarily because the colours are very strong, and there's something about the face painting that seems "newish" rather than 19th c. Don't get me wrong: this is a nicely done bowl and if someone gave it to me, I'd be happy.

Well I paid 60$. It’s pretty large, hand made. Can’t really find another example online. My guess it’s late 1800- early 1900

Looks brand new to me. Made in last 1-20 years. Still a nice hand made thing.
