Featured Has anyone seen this unusual size (37 x 13) Wizard of Oz poster - image search has no match?

I found this last week while thrifting. I liked it & bought it immediately without checking it out thoroughly because it was priced at only $5.
But looking at it closer I found out it is a Portal Productions poster (a company that does a lot of good reproduction posters, etc..). I did an image search anyway because I was sure there would be another example that could give me some information on it (I mean it's the Wizard of Oz!) - but nothing came up that matched it; either as a original or a Portal reproduction??
It measures approx. 37" x 13" (give or take a little because of frame)
Has anyone seen this poster before?
One cute thing is it has Dorothy's quotes/sayings from the movie all around the inside borders!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Portal Publications was founded in '54, so this is a decorator item long after the fact.
