The fingerprints have always looked good to me too, but you must have a master of this field confirm. I've always remembered your painting and actually my gut feeling intuition has always been that it's the real deal. The colors always looked right to me, along with the strokes. Please let us all know what more you discover!

.I have learned so much it the last 10 years about Pablo Ruiz AKA Picasso ,Biro analized the paint and it's spot on ,it is painted in elements and that is why it looks like it was painted yesterday as all his and other artist from that era. I think it's a first draft dora maar woman with bird there are 2 names for that painting, seated woman and woman with bird , I have found his handwriting and I think his inventory number or letters .I took it to a fingerprint x law enforcement ,he was awesome, will post him and what he said >He was skeptical at first (pics I sent him) but after spending time with it he said to Nick and I that he understand why we are pursuing the artist of it ,( he couldn't get ridges because it's painted with 200 years old horse hair brushes and old paint,and ,then he replied laughing "they probably ate the horse after". he was convinced after that ,but he never signed on the dotted line hehe he can't and what does it matter ,just for my book lol, he said i can put it in with his name .

I am convinced. Had no idea the harassment but totally believable. Are you in Connecticut? I can personally attest to the fact that having nice things of special nature in the deep south where I live - can get one killed in today's world. I don't understand why your stuff hasn't been stolen already? Mine has. Personally, the level of security we must maintain as ordinary collectors is ridiculously high and we don't have anything famously made. Expensive modern day devices gets thieves through any lock and no thief ever backed away from setting off wired alarm systems. As tenacious as I am, I am suddenly rather grateful I've never found anything of very high value, as I'd not know how to sell it, or even how to ask about it, without being killed. I support you on your journey and please never hesitate to contact me, I've minor experience with USA agencies and legalities through my own ongoing adventures. I'm in Canada in a little city of 42,000 ish with 3 thrift stores that are run with filipino workers that have no idea what they have and most of the people don't care or don't know and don't have our eyes for treasures In the middle of f ing nowhere hehe lol, I love it . I have another piece I bought that I'm trying to get some pics up to show you your going to love it as much as me I'm sure .it's a statue 22 inches tall and made of carved some kind of white stone weighing in at 22 lbs, charibs i think, the signature there and starts with GUST then a space with a semi-colon and a middle letters are smeared a bit . and then a few more letters , trying every thing to get pics up and nothings working hehe , as soon as I find my cord for the canon I will make a post k. I red this article from the google art project that states "brushstroke are the artist fingerprints (as an artist myself I couldn't agree more) and it sent me in a new direction. So I took my camera and as close as i could get to it pictures from top to bottom and did side by side comparisons.Wow what an awakening ,everything to prove it's his work was right on it the whole time what an amazing piece of art .he paints from the inside out layer after layer until a picture comes out .

 

I have looked through a lot of books to try to find it ,I thought this was it but the rungs on this chair are lower than mine,same middle rung missing clearly a chair in the mists of being painted by a famous artist around the same era

 

I have been a victim of crime many times ,It is not in my house but hidden away in a basement in a blanket and a box , it's a shame as it needs to be seen by the public in a museum hopefully it will make it there someday .Dora Maar woman with bird is in the private collection of this guy where no one but him and his guests will see it.he bought it for 50 mill.Like George I believe there is a conspiracy as I have endured the same as him experts shut down don't return calls or emails ,museums won't touch it ,authenticators can only give an opinion for large sums of non returnable deposits .lot of them in denial , all caused from defrauding (so they say) in the art markets .IDK Picasso made it so there was no doubt it's his work if you find the clues .
