Copper water vessel help

I'd love to learn more about this copper piece. It's 17" in height and the opening is 9" wide. I've scoured the internet and haven't been able to find anything like it. If anyone can help me out with origin, age, and value, I would be so grateful.

    If a strong magnet lightly sticks to the brass handles it is India

    I agree, that general area. I think it is older because of the wear on the base. Not much though, probably mid-20th century.
