    Love it. You're right. It's a shame that it isn't shown. But going with that name, I found this site for Joanne and Joe Ray Garcia with some of her work with the clasps shown. She uses more sophisticated clasps in this work. Joanne and Joe Ray Garcia (windmilltradingco.com) It also confirms @Any Jewelry post that my piece is Santa Domingo. Thanks for tracking this down.
