this is beautiful, I love it

 

Bought these a few weeks ago and ran across them yesterday to photograph. Set of 12 Gorham Sundance wine glasses. Can't beat $3.00 for the set.


This was bought this week. Fenton, with a faint bottom mark. $2.00

 

I love the frog.

 

I found some things lately that aren't jewelry. You know I rarely buy glassware, but I fell in love with this Welcome Home set. I paid $56 for all....I can't find the covered dish on the internet....I didn't see any chips or cracks, will recheck tomorrow. I didn't realize that Welcome Home has so many different pattern variations.

 

Replacements has some.

 

I love Dona Rosa Oaxaca Mexico black pottery.

 

Still has the Matson tag on it!

 

I love this stuff too! (Of course.)

 

I like to think of her inventing this new pottery technique, as well as admiring the result.

 

Hey! That matches the dresser mirror my mother got me for my 16th birthday!

 

If you ever feel the need for a matching tray to display your perfume bottles I happen to know where one lives.

 

Actually, I have two Matson bottles for a set.

 

I have a few more things to photograph...but here's the best thrift shop find of the month. 52" of knotted Whitby jet, $2.

 

I found this beautiful boy at the vintage mall yesterday.

Adding to my demitasse cup collection, this Kaestner footed cup from 1900-1920 according to the PM&M [Germany / Saxony / Oberhohndorf (01)] (porcelainmarksandmore.com) because it has an impressed FK over O/Z on the bottom of the saucer. (I don't know if you can see it in the photo.)

Re all Thrifts screening items now-I agree.Doesn't mean there aren't any cheap Charities left,but hours picking in relation to dollars made (least in my hood),they're off the menu.
'All things must pass'. From now on it's Ant. Malls,Estates,Rummages,Church Sales & the odd Garage Sale.

 

@terry5732, not sure it helps much...........I have no idea, but does the NM in the last circles stand for New Mexico???
