    Welcome Coven.
Your mask could be a 19th century Tamang, a Bön Shaman's mask from Nepal. Bön is the Shamanic pre-Buddhist religion of the Himalayas. Later Buddhist elements were mixed in, and likewise it influenced Himalayan Buddhism.
Tamang masks are often carved from a wood fungus, which is the look yours has.
They originally had fur and feathers attached to them, which were lost over time, leaving a very rough but expressive mask.

This one was sold on Catawiki, but it is a dead link:

Reverse of original poster's mask -

Here are 2 masks that show the growth rings of what appears to be a type of Fomes fomentarius (bracket fungus/tinder fungus/hoof fungus) -

It is difficult to tell from the photos if @Coven's mask shows these characteristics. I have not been able to find a comparative mask that shares the distinctive eyelashes.

I think we need to know more about Coven's mask - what the size is, and what the material seems to be.

In that case, it is unlikely that the mask was made for actual use in any culture. It may have been made by a ceramics student or other artist as an object for display.

That rules out Nepali Shaman's masks.
    I'm thinking decorative now.
Exactly. It would have helped us greatly to know it is clay, and therefore not an actual mask.
