Enlighten Me

I found this set of 6 napkin? Holders? I just find their shape a little odd for napkin rings since they are conical. Google Lens seems to think I have found a bunch of sockets. There is a marking on each one but not sure what it says or how to interpret. They are quite lightweight. Looks a bit like a smooth piping nozzle but odd that there are 6 of the same size. They are each about 1 1/2” high. Any thoughts?

Those look like silver marks, so awfully fancy tassel bits, if so. Bits from a candlarbra maybe?

 

@goodgrief Can you take pictures of the marks that will be larger so we can see them more clearly?

 

This one is upside down. In fact it looks like both are.

 

what if upside down they held a glass insert..
