What are these glass things?

These came in a big box of glass stoppers. But I don't think they're stoppers. My first thought was maybe they go into candlesticks as a buffer to keep wax off the candlestick. There is a recessed ring around the center that could catch wax. But my guesses are often wrong.

    Any ideas? Thanks!

Not sure, but my first thought was a percolator top.

I thought the same thing but the part that would be inserted into the lid is smooth & there would have to be some type of groove to keep it in place.

These are new replacement parts but you get the idea.

When I saw the first picture I thought they were drawer pulls but they aren't. I don't think they are bobeches because those usually have a longer wax catch and turn upwards to prevent run off. Does the inside look like there has been any contact?

No, it wouldn't lock in to the lid. And it wouldn't show the coffee perking either.

The first time I searched I had the order on best match and didn't find a thing. Today it was set on most recent from a different search and this was the first item.

    Crazy.
