Here's the full picture. The right side has the more interesting ones, but that great big gold tone signet ring type thing looks cool.

The orange-red stone in the upper right looks like coral. Some of the rest are costume, but the all white one might come good too. Not resellable, but good.

 

I definitely see a couple that are possible for gold and some that are probable for silver too. Don't see how you can lose out on this lot.

 

The one that looks it probably is ivory. I'll be curious to learn more about the ring at about 10 o'clock from there, with the inlay or channel set something.
