This is the second trophy style cup. The first one is discussed here:
    https://www.antiquers.com/threads/silver-goblets-with-chinese-characters.80481/
This one is shorter and wider than the other one, approximately 16 cm high. The bowl is approximately 13 cm in diameter. Significantly, this one does have what appears to be brassy areas showing through, this is visible in the photos. No hallmarks that I can find. Again, taking photos that don’t show my, or my phone’s, reflection was pretty much impossible.
Any help with interpreting the Chinese characters is much appreciated, as well as any thoughts on age or whatever else comes to mind. Thank you!

I had a look with my loupe... it's just a numeral three-shaped bit of tarnish.

I've run the characters through a few translators, but they haven't had any luck with it.

Personally I'm not sure this is even silver.

I would guess plated based on the photos, specifically the very rough patterns, the rough handles, rough based etc. Can you tell us about how heavy it feels? How about the flexion of the metal? Rigid, bends and returns to original shape, or bends and stays where you bent it?

I've been thinking this one is plated, due to the brassy areas that show in some places. It is fairly lightweight for its size and "bends and stays".
