Bold Artwork Can't Read Signature

I am guessing this is a glicee print. Do you agree? New frame. Thrift store purchase. Can anyone make out name? Probably just another "decor" find, but one of these days... The sight size of the print is 17 3/4" by 13 3/4". Different framing technique, maybe because it is just cheaper with the print on top of the white backboard and no matting. Any comments appreciated. Thank you.

 

STILL can't make it out, but brightened & stretched it out a bit....maybe someone else might figure it out..........

I would guess that it pre-dates giclee. That type of frame dates more to the '70s. So - some kind of lithography. But other than that, I got nuthin.

 

For what it is worth, I see Smb tuf. Doesn't mean anything to me but maybe it is a start.
