Is this a Brazilian street artist? Tourist art? Painted on cardboard. It’s 42cm x 50cm? I tried to reverse image search the signature. Thank you for any comments.

It looks like tourist art to me too. Local holding vultures. I like it too!

But why? An odd image. Can't see it's appeal to a potential buyer.

komokwa The Truth is out there...!

A large bird, it has a wingspan of 160–183 cm (63–72 in), a length of 62–81 cm (24–32 in), and weight of 0.8 to 2.41 kg (1.8 to 5.3 lb)

I think he's holding smaller more tasty birds..

I'm laughing. That would be a bit of a struggle.

It is a caricature. It doesn't have to be accurate in depiction...

    caricature
    kăr′ĭ-kə-choo͝r″, -chər
    noun
    1. A representation, especially pictorial or literary, in which the subject's distinctive features or peculiarities are deliberately exaggerated to produce a comic or grotesque effect.
    2. The art of creating such representations.
    3. A grotesque imitation or misrepresentation.
