Street artist painting- Brazil ‘85

Hi all,what do you all think. Is this a Brazilian street artist? Tourist art? Painted on cardboard. It’s 42cm x 50cm? I tried to reverse image search the signature. Thank you for any comments.

 

It looks like tourist art to me too. Local holding vultures. I like it too!

I think he's holding smaller more tasty birds..

 

I'm laughing. That would be a bit of a struggle.

It is a caricature. It doesn't have to be accurate in depiction...
