If you sell your earrings online, here's an eBay title for earrings like yours in a different color that sold for $147.50:
"Crown Trifari Alfred Philippe Jelly Belly Moonstone Red [rhinestones] Sterling Silver Earrings". You'll want to include "blue" before jelly belly or moonstone.

Although "jelly belly" isn't a correct term for your earrings, it seems to be widely used nowadays for both glass and plastic cabochons.

Another pair of the same earrings sold for $150 and also included the words, "Jelly Belly" and "Moonstone" in the title.
