Yesterday I paid $4 for this unsigned McCoy vase. It's 8.5" tall. It reminds me of a butternut squash!

A favorite find, a fabulous fake by JTV. Sterling and CZs, size 7, sparkles like crazy, $40. Closest I am going to get to a genuine ballerina ring.

So hubby and I got up and got to the show in the ritzy shore town by 10 a.m., late by my standards. It was jammin', and getting hot. The ballerina ring was from one dealer, I have a couple more stories. Things weren't cheap, but they were reasonable, and I loved what I bought. I was talking to a friendly dealer I know, and a guy came up and was grabbing sterling, particularly NA jewelry, like crazy. He wanted to see everything she had, even the stuff she hadn't put on display. Every time she thought he was done, she wanted something else. I waited patiently to check out with her. I spent $155, got this plus a little FW pearl cross.
This will go on the jewelry board, haven't seen another like it and I can't make out the maker's mark. I really love it.

 

Next, some more sterling. Lobster is marked Breakell, mermaid unmarked.

 

Finally, this unusual garnet ring marked sterling.

 

The best buy was another story. An older gentleman had a bunch of beads, nothing great, except these for $8. He said they were his Wilma Flinstone beads. Graduated coral, could be angelskin, GF clasp, 20 inches.

 

Sure looks like angel skin to me!
