Featured Little plique a jour bug

Hi everyone!
Look what I have found! A little silver gilded bug with plique a jour wings! It has mark only for 900 silver and no makers mark.
For me it looks as Meyle and Mayer’s piece. What do you think, can it be? Did they have unmarked items?

 

A gorgeous little thing. Our bug lady @kyratango , who also happens to love Meyle & Mayer, will probably know more.

Yes, for me it is a M&M piece. It seems not all were marked with the dragonfly maker’s mark. I’ll have to seek for my pieces in the hoarditorium and post them

Can multiple rooms be considered a hoarditorium or is there a plural version of the word?

 

I see the subtle distinction; auditorium is a single space, usually, an' it does seem reasonable that any multiplicity of spaces serving a common purpose, deserves a proper plural nomenclature.
How about taking a poll of our erudite family of participants? Surely we'll generate sufficient interest to arrive at an acceptable consensus? Perhaps the OED will note, an' include in future editions, our choice? Can Heaven offer more?

HA...Done!
Both bedrooms, the living room, dining room, kitchen, the north wall of the loo...not to mention the (only one-car) garage, an' the attic space above it. Then there's the 2 storage units, at ~250 square feet total. Added to the house, that all amounts to about 2K sq ft...all crammed with stuff. Makes me ill just contemplating the virtual impossibility of orderly disposal within my remaining functional time. How in hell did I get here? Sigh.
